  2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims:  We strive to ensure that all fish are delivered in excellent condition. In the event that a fish arrives dead:
      • Video Evidence Required: Please provide a video of the fish in its original sealed packaging within 1 hour of delivery. 
      • Refund or Replacement: Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement for the dead fish.

  1. Returns: Currently, all items purchased from our store are non-returnable. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
