Use of Our Website
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. If you are under 18, you may only use the website under the supervision and with the knowledge of a parent or legal guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Product Information and Availability
- We strive to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
- All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email only confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. Any order that has been rejected, a full refund will be initiated.
- We accept payments via VISA/MasterCard, Credit or Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI Payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of your shipment.
- Orders will be processed within 2 days due to the quarantine and conditioning of the fish for travel.
- Delivery times vary based on location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.
- If the address or phone number is missing or incorrect, the courier may return the parcel. In such cases, we cannot refund or replace the items.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
- We stand by the health and quality of our aquatic pets. If your fish arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), send us a video and picture of the fish in its original sealed packaging within 1 hour of delivery. We’ll ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked. Your satisfaction and the well-being of our aquatic friends are our top priorities!
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations, please contact us via the contact us link or through WhatsApp.
- Full refunds are provided for DOA cases. Shipping and packing charges will not be refunded.
- No refunds are provided for Tetra varieties like Neon Tetra, Cardinal Tetra, etc.
- A 40% refund is provided for costly and exotic fish varieties like discus, arowana, shrimps, etc.

Non-Collection and Home Delivery Issues
- You cannot cancel or receive a refund if you do not collect the parcel from the courier agency or if you refuse to take it after being contacted by the courier agent.
- We prefer home delivery, but in some areas, the courier agent may refuse to deliver to your home. In such cases, please take the necessary steps to collect the parcel immediately without delay.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
